Being a fishing town I wanted to lean into the ship theme and build the dwellings out of inverted boat shapes.

I'd wanted to see what a sort of "lighthouse" would look like and so came to this form based on early signal tower designs. I figured they'd either use something like ancient technology for the light, or faeries, or even possibly using sound instead.

I wanted a large recognizable object in the middle of the village to be a focal point around town and had the idea for a large anchor. Then came the idea of it possibly leading to an underground dungeon.

Fishing Village (LoZ Style)

This is a personal project for myself to develop a village that would fit within the LoZ Breath of the Wild universe. I wanted to create a town with it's own feel to it and one that could lead into story elements and shrine locations.
